I love the clean simple design of the stand and the finish on it. Looks great in the backyard. The only con is that the aluminum stand is lighter in weight then other wooden stands, but the fact that you can leave it outside without having to dismantle it or store it for the winter is definitely a plus that outweighs the pro. I purchased this stand this summer so it still has yet to go through a winter.
