No plant expresses the grace of the south better than gardenia. The scent of amazing gardenia from the southern living plant collection blooms earlier than other gardenia varieties and will rebloom in summer through fall. Scentamazing has a controlled growth habit and features milky white fragrant single-form blooms that have bright yellow centers. This gardenia can be planted in the landscape as an accent, specimen, low hedge, or foundation and should be planted close to walkways or outdoor living areas to enjoy its sweet aroma. When planting this gardenia, dig the hole twice as wide as the pot and mix rich garden soil in with your native soil, then leave the top of the root ball 1/2 inch above the ground level when filling the hole with soil.
