I have ordered many wonderful items from Wayfair. When I ordered this personalized garden sign on the website it would not let me enter the apostrophe between Patsy’s and Garden. I tried multiple times to enter it. Since the sign in the advertisement had the apostrophe, I decided they would automatically place it. When it arrived, it said Patsys Garden! I was very upset and called Customer Service. They were clear there was nothing they could do as they print what is entered. I asked for a Supervisor who agreed to replace this sign with Patsy’s Garden. Wayfair is awesome with awesome products and service.
