Very well built and engineered shed. I assembled it myself in just a few days – A total of about 15 hours. The instructions were clearly understood and easy to follow.

The product was very good and pretty.
The Wayfair recommended project Installer, Handy was such an inconvenience.
Handy intended to give me 50 refund for installion cost paid thru Wayfair upon the order of the product is unacceptable. This is fraud and should be investigated by the BBB of how HandyWayfair do business.
It was not my choice to have Handy install the shed. There was never a signed agreement of HandyWayfair sale and installation policies regarding this matter.
Handy says they normally do not refund Not even for a job that is undelivered. This company is a is a rip-off.
The customer cannot expect to get back a 100 refund of a job that was never done
The fact that none of Handys installers came to install the shed as Handy kept re-scheduling the datesof installation. Handy thinks that the customer should just be patient to keep waiting of the unexpected date of installation.
It is not our fault that the workers that Handy have sent cannot do work of this kind.
Handy has failed in giving the contractorinstaller a notice of how the shed is made of, the size and that not one person nor 2 persons can do the job.
Handy charged such a fee to the customer, when Handy only pays less than 40 to the 3rd party installer. No wonder installers who came refused to do the work.
Handy does not even give the customer an assurance that the installers have at least 3 stars rating.
Handy does not even know well the installers whom HandyWayfair recommends and if the installers are highly qualified to do such work.
Handy takes more of the installation cost when Handy only searched them from Home Adviser for an installer in our area
If only we knew in advance or read a review of the way HandyWayFair were to handle such project installationscheduling (re-scheduling more than 6X) is not fair in our part.
Handy promised to service WayFairs customers to deliver a good job
I totally disagree that Handy will take 50 of our ADVANCED fee to pay 2 people who came and never even did anything, except complain about the work to be done. Nor no installer who came to our house, checked the materialsreading the installation instructions.
Handys handling of third party contractors for scheduling is not capable of giving the customer the right dates for installation by Handys contractors. We waited for 2 months and expected someone will do the job when properly scheduled.
Handy do not have a proper system to deliver such project to WayFairs customer.
WayFair will loose credibility to its customer if partnering with Handy, when the project calls for such installation of a wood storage shed that is 10×12 and 10 high.
I am also disputing with WayFair in including the 500. cost for installation to our order, without even asking the customer if we want such people to install it.
Handys answer we do not do refunds for a job not done is fraudulent.

I knew that the shed didnt come with the flooring kit or the shingles. For that reason, Im not sure that its not priced a little high. However, it was easy to construct and is very well made.Took my husband and a few friends about 2 full days to get the skeleton of it up.We then added dry wall, insulation, roofing, flooring, etc.My biggest issue was the time it took to get it. It was ordered back in July, with a 3 week delivery date from then. It kept getting pushed off and pushed off.I realize things get back ordered but when I placed the order it was said to be in stock. It finally got delivered 3 months later, in October, after multiple emails and complaints made to wayfair.

I actually thought the shed would be a gray color. It ended up being beige which still worked out for us.This is well made, materials don’t look cheap at all.I used this as a base to build up and turn into a 3-season house in the backyard. It came with paper and online instructions, pretty easy to assemble.Roof shingles are not included.

We are pleased with the quality of this building, which our handyman built for us. He said the kit is well-made. We had him first install a rebar-reinforced foundation; after he built the building, he anchored it to the slab. We customized it by installing a greenhouse window on the wall opposite the double doors, roofing, gutters and downspouts, and two operable RV vent/skylights. We installed radiant barrier in the roof, and insulated the walls. We’re finishing it to match our home. The shipping crate, which weighed 2060 pounds, was comprised of enough OSB material to almost completely sheet the interior of the building, providing nice sheer strength in the bargain. We parked the crate in our garage for awhile while uncrating it and preparing the staging area out back. Two men moved the heavy panels out to the staging area; and during assembly, from time to time, two or three sets of hands were needed.
