Love this hot tub. I was a professional swimmer for 7 years and I never really found hot tub jets to be worth anything. The seat at the back right corner is amazing! Very effective.
Everything was as expected if not better. The only downfall is it did not come with a filter lol

I bought this hot tub in early summer 2020. It arrived 6-7 weeks later to the top of my driveway. I live on a hill and my driveway is steep but the 18 ft. box truck could do it. The delivery company had only one man to drop it off. It was extremely sketchy and I was afraid this 700lbs beast was going to fall onto him. The next problem was that I needed to find and hire another company to bring it to it’s locale on my property. The location included going up a steep hill. It took 2 more weeks to find that moving company and $500 bones later it was put in place. On the same hand, I had called Wayfair and they told me that the hot tub should have been placed in it’s location but the moving company said that wasn’t part of the agreement. In years past dealing with big stores like Wayfair and moving companies I new it wasn’t going to its proper location on my property without forking over more $$$. I figured that was going to be an issue so I budgeted the cost of moving it to its proper locale. In addition to the cost of the hot tub, moving it, I also had to pay for an electrician and landscaper. The electrical work to add a sub panel was about $2500 (to route the electrical through my entire house and have it come out near the hot tub). The hot tub pad was $800. I live in Massachusetts and life aint cheap! Heck! Having the hot tub over the year of Covid was still a pretty inexpensive staycation in my own backyard:) In August the weather was hot so we kept the temp in the 90s and it was relaxing but I couldn’t wait to try it in the cooler weather. Now its October 2020 and OMG I am so in lurve with the tub! I use it everyday. I like to exercise and it totally helps with my sore muscles. The neck jets are strong and sooth my next and back. With every hot tub the laying down seat is sunken in too much so that I can’t really get too comfy in that seat. My hubby who is 6’1″ likes that seat. I love all the other seats of this tub because the water doesn’t come up to my neck like in some other hot tubs. It comes up to my shoulders so I still feel like I can relax and not drown. I’m 5’8″. Taking off the service panel for this tub is awful. I have to drain the tub quarterly and accessing the hose to do that through the service panel isn’t as easy as opening a door. I also am not 100% sure about the insulation around the hot tub and whether it is enough for cold winters to make it more energy efficient.

Set up was a slight disaster but the tub IS AMAZING!! Wayfair has our back and gave us a discount for our troubles! Excellent hot tub! ☀️

This hot tub is a dream come true.Flip open the lid and get in.Takes no time to do the chemicals and it is so relaxing.It has a waterfall, different colored light and it heats so well.The jets are amazing and I feel so relaxed when I get out.
