I’ve had this for about a week and a half now and I love it. It took FOREVER to heat up – 2 days – so plan on waiting a while. I’ve had friends over and they love it! I enjoy hanging out on my own in it too. The cord is very short so make sure you’re near a plug. The top is nice, not super snug though. Cup holder is cool and convenient but be careful – if you move the water too much and it splashes under it, it will move and pop up. Temp dropped about 4 degrees in an hour which isn’t bad since it’s close to summer but curious how that will be in fall and winter. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.

Best purchase I’ve ever made! This stays hot so no need to adjust the temp each time you get in. It does lose heat if you stay in for a long time but I do 20-40 mins and it stays hot. Jets are powerful and the filter also helps keep it super clean! Only thing is the cord isn’t very long (maybe it’s that length from plug to system) but it’s more like 9 feet from outside the tub. Would highly recommend!

Great spa!If you are looking for easy this is the spa for you.Directions didn’t seem too complete but the spa is so simple you don’t need much.Only complaint… when ordered the specs said steps were included and the personorder was placed with confirmed that steps were included.When spa arrived there were no steps and when I looked back at specs they were changed to no steps.To bad since all the rest was perfect.

Very good quality. We love it. The only thing that was very wrong. When I ordered it they said the stairs and cover came with it. Then there wasn’t any steps when delivered. I would of ordered them if I knew that. I’m still waiting. You are charging me when I think it should be free.
