The spa drains by gravity. There is a drain valve, which is a PVC pipe with a cap threaded on the end. When this cap is removed, water will start draining out of this valve. There is a drain hose at the bottom of the spa

We were somewhat worried about ordering a hot tub on-line, but decided to risk it in order to save 50% from our local stores. Our hot tub was delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery crew placed the hot tub right where we needed it in the backyard (a fair/generous tip inspired them). We had the hot tub connected to electricity by a local handyman and so far we are very happy with the hot tub. The jets are powerful and there are a lot of options for adjusting pressure for various jets. The colored lights are fun, the waterfall is a nice extra feature. The cover that came with it is great. We added steps and a cover lifter, all from Wayfair, and all have worked out well. All in all, we are very pleased and happy with our purchase.

Love the hot tub. The electric was confusing. As the instructions said it could hook up to 120v or 230v. But it is wired to 230v only. Great value for the cost. We love it

Nice hot tub for the price. We wish it was a bit deeper. Electrician hooked it up-that was expensive! Also, no way 7 adults would fit in here. Still, highly recommend!

Good starter hot tub!
It arrived a month earlier than scheduled (surprise!), the delivery team was helpful and kind. We had to then wait a month to use the spa because the electrician was scheduled on the original delivery date…
We finally have had a couple of weeks of daily use. It warms up pretty quickly, the jets are powerful. It fits comfortably 5 (of which two kids), hard to imagine that 7 people could fit though.
Do not buy the water treatment that comes suggested by Wayfair when you order the spa (or carefully double check compatibility, unlike myself). The spa manual clearly states to not use compressed tablets which is- at least in our case- what arrives with the “spa choice” package.
After a week we had already to drain the spa(easy to do, takes about 1 hr), clean it and refill and sanitize with another method because the water smelled.
We are now using another system and all is well.

So far, so good. Arrived early. Logistics company carried it to the backyard for me without issue (although I had some bribe money ready).
Jets are powerful, although no frills.
Setup was a breeze. I did all the electrical and chemical setup myself and it was incredibly easy. Temp is consistent. Chemical maintenance is straightforward. Cleaning is simple. Operation panel is pretty basic Jets 1 onoff, Jets 2 onof, Lights onoff, and Temp updown.
Cover is a bit thin and light, but pretty nice actually. Seems like the sun could break it down easily, so I plan to condition often.
That’s my 1 week in review.
