READ THIS FIRST: This umbrella comes with a metal cross-bottom. It is not a full base with weights, but it’s enough to get you started. Just buy a couple bags of sand to put over the cross or buy a separate, weighted base.
We have been loving this umbrella! We weighed down the base with a couple big sandbags and it’s held up in the light wind really well. Easy to assemble, big enough for our deck. Great price!

This is exactly what I was looking for – it covers most of my 11×11 deck space. I sat under it during a light rain and stayed perfectly dry. I bought it for sunshade, but that was a nice added bonus. The aqua color matches my other accents perfectly. Very nice addition to my set. Beware, the directions are pretty vague, but not much to the set up.Also, there is a process to raising/lowering it, but I am very happy with it now that I am getting the hang of it (not mechanically inclined LOL).
