IMPORTANT UPDATE…NEW RATING…ONE STAR
The security latch on one “garden-use” umbrella snapped off after minimal use which allowed the umbrella top to fly off during a very windy evening. Will contact Wayfair for a refund on that umbrella because it is now a hazard.
CAUTION: If the plastic latch breaks off DO NOT USE this product on the beach!
(The single star is for the second umbrella which is still stable until that latch probably breaks.)

Perfect umbrella for 2 people. Held up at the beach on a slightly windy day. Really appreciate the vent feature. Light and easy to carry.

Finding a 5′ (60″) beach umbrella with vented top and sand anchor is nearly impossible!! In fact, I had almost given up hope.I go to the beach by myself, so having something small and portable (love the carry bag) is essential.Most umbrellas are 6 ft or larger.So I was thrilled to find this umbrella.Only used once so far, but seems sturdy.

We love our new umbrella. Using it for cover on our airboat. It’s pretty too!

We are using this to put in my daughters sand box and it is perfect. It shades her from the sun in the afternoons when she most enjoys playing in the sand box. The twisting pole makes it sturdy in her sand box so we can leave it up and just pop it up when she is ready to play and leave it folded down when she is not in the box. Would take this to the beach and use there as well since it seems great in the sand box.
