We love this umbrella it covers a huge area over the fire pit and chairs. We chose not to use the base , I included in the picture we use a 6 x 6 treated lumber and cut it offat 2 feet and then cemented it down and then we screwed it to the 6 x 6. it’s very sturdy and solid.

This is such a nice umbrella! It is absolutely beautiful, the blue we chose is perfect! It is very high quality, and should last for years! Just be aware that the weighted base is not included. Unfortunately, the base costs as much as the umbrella, so keep that in mind when you are purchasing. I have mine propped under the porch railing as it will not stand alone until I receive the base..its just too top heavy without it. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with this order from Wayfair!

This umbrella is so big and the color is beautiful. Very heavy duty but definitely top heavy so you will have to put weight on it or screw it into your patio like we had to do that holds it in place really good. Will be nice for shade. Sandy

Wow it’s gigantic! Perfect for outdoor areas. It’s easy to set up and works amazing bringing the umbrella out and back in. I’m happy that the lower section has small holes on the brackets to nail down the base. Tent tie downs work the best!

The umbrella is SO NICE. It was relatively easy to put together, we just had to play with the height a little bit. We ended up anchoring it to the deck because it is definitely top heavy and wanted to fall over even though it has a pretty big base (no weight like most standard outdoor umbrellas) so that’s something to think about. Looks wonderful and we can’t wait to enjoy it! (It was super windy today so it was hard to get a good photo with it all the way open.
