The swing is very solid. I would think the frame will last 10-15 years easy. This was easy to put together with a few exceptions. The company sends you the tools to put it together (if you can call them tools…). They are actually quite comical. The Phillips screwdriver and the wrench are tiny. They look like they were made for a 5 year old pretend tool set. Ha Ha Ha. If you have your own tools, you’ll be grateful. One person can put it together, but two makes it super easy. I would have given it 5 stars if I didn’t have to run to the hardware store to purchase 2 screws and a washer I was shorted!!!
