I was worried after reading some reviews but my experience is 5 star. This hammock stand is 12 feet long which is hard to find. Most stands are either 10 feet or 188 inches. It comes in colors and I chose the black. It is a satin finish and well applied. The stand was very easy to assemble. No tools required and will come apart easily for storage. The stand is sturdy and as minimal in footprint as a hammock stand can be. Mine is on an 8 foot wide deck and anything larger would not allow any walking space. I bought their 144 inch Quilted Design Double Fabric Hammockfrom Wayfair and they make a perfect pair.
