Very easy to assemble.Can be assembled alone.But my wife and I assembled 2 heaters in less than 1 hour.No special tools (all tools provided in the box).All screws, nuts, bolts aligned very nicely.Finishing is also sleek.All pieces fit and align nicely to give a very professional look.
