Hi, I bought three of these and I cannot be more happy with my purchase. My husband nailed two of them to our deck railing. Instead of using it as a “bird house” we decided to try it as a “bird feeder”.It works perfectly. All you have to do is pour the bird seed down into all of the little crevices and shelves. I would highly recommend that you apply a coat of polyurethane to the entire product. That way it will be weatherized. Totally happy with all my purchases. Thank you Wayfair!!
