Allen wrench included, but the bolts are Phillips head. Bolts that match wing nuts are hexagonal, no tool included for them. Bolts with wing nuts – only 2 sets, but there are 3 holes Power cord should be at least 3-4 feet longer. Two remotes were included. First one I used worked so didn’t even try the other one. But why two remotes Directions say heater needs to be angled at 45 degrees. Fine, but then why make it adjustable At least have it pre-set to 45 degrees. I had to adjust it by best guess since I don’t have a laser guide or anything. But overall a great product, perfect for screened patio. Easy to install if you have the right tools.

This is a great little heater!It’s small but mighty.It really puts out some heat.I didn’t expect it to work this well.We tried it in our sunroom, and decided to mount it on the wall pretty high since it already has a great bracket and you can tilt it.I love that it doesn’t take up much space.Sure beats the ginormous one that’s currently taking up a lot of floor space!

We are using this patio heater in our basement this winter. It is more powerful than expected. There are 3 settings for heat. The highest setting brought our small basement from a temperature of 66 to 74 in 2 hours. Also has a feature to mount to a wall and is remote controlled!

This heater is great. As soon as you turn it on it starts heating up. So it’s pretty instant. I put it in my sunroom and it’s perfect. I don’t have a door just a gate but it still heats up the room really good. You will be pleased with this heater.
