Honestly, I discovered a similar rug whilst playing a home design game app on my phone. I kept coming back to this style in some of my designs and decided that it felt like something that would compliment our home, but also reflect our nautical inspiration theme in our main living areas. I wanted nice, big chunky lines. The white is an off-white, almost cream color, and the navy is nice and dark. I wanted a rug that was made of cat claw-resistant material that would be durable enough to be in our main room that got a lot of foot traffic, and wear and tear. It is perfect! Low to the ground, very hearty material. My cat cannot damage it at all, it’s easy to vacuum up kitty litter and dirt, stains come out very easily and work well with my stain remover (no bleaching). It’s soft enough on your feet if barefoot or in socks (not like an outdoor material even if it’s meant for both indoor / outdoor). I anticipate this rug will last for a very long time. Highly recommend if you feel drawn to this style! It’s a classy, nautical, and slightly rustic area rug that flatters most styles, and seasonality. Enjoy!
