Btu rating: this grill has a 27,000 btu rating with three 9,000 btu burners. But is a measurement of energy used by your grill and is not related to how hot it will get. Grills with lower burn less fuel to cook your food.
Cooking area: grill up to 14 burgers, 8 chicken breasts, or 5 steaks on 340 square inches of primary cooking space. You can cook meats and larger items on the main grates and delicate foods on the 110-square-inch warming rack.
Gas grill: powered by liquid propane gas to grill without the hassle of charcoal, this grill runs on a 20-pound propane gas tank, not included. It reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivers high temps, and maintains even heat.
Gear Trax ready: side shelves are pre-drilled to easily attach gear Trax accessories, sold separately. Gear Trax gives you a more organized workspace with accessories like our condiment basket, cup holder, and tool hooks, sold separately. Customize your side shelves for maximum efficiency and convenience.
Grates: these cast-iron grates are porcelain-coated to resist rust and make them easier to clean. They retain heat to cook food evenly and leave impressive grill marks.
Side shelves: two large side shelves provide ample space to set plates, tools, sauces, and rubs while you grill.
Warming rack: use the warming rack for indirect cooking and to keep food warm. Remove it for easy cleaning and when you need a more open primary cooking area.
Temp gauge: the lid-mounted temperature gauge displays accurate temps, so you always know the cooking temperature inside your grill.
Grease pan: a removable grease pan catches oil drippings and slides out for easy cleaning. You can insert an aluminum liner to catch the drippings and keep the grease pan clean. When you’re all done, simply throw the liner away.
Control knobs: three control knobs make it easy to raise and lower the flame for each burner. Turn clockwise to increase the heat and counterclockwise to decrease it.
Ignition: electronic ignition ensures reliable starts every time. Simply turn the control knob, press the ignition button, and the burners are lit.
Cabinet: the two-door stainless-steel cabinet gives you lots of room to store your propane tank, grilling tools, and accessories. It’s designed with four casters for easy mobility and an integrated well to hold the propane tank in place when moving the grill.
Wheels: four casters give you the mobility you need to move the grill easily. Roll it over to the patio or across the yard to grill poolside. Once in place, 2 locking casters prevent it from rolling.
