It is exactly what it promises. Keep in mind, however, that you’re going to need a certain type of drill for different surfaces (e.g. I had stucco, so I needed a hammer drill with ceramic bits, which is no joke).

If you buy the sail, you MUST but this kit. It keeps the sail taught but allows for some give because of the springs. Very sturdy and excellent quality.
