This product does exactly what it says and more. I have had this up all summer long and it has weathered some pretty intense heat in the south. It is amazing how well the rain runs off and very little penetrates during a normal rain shower. I have it set up so I can put the sail on a 45 degree angle during rain and it runs right off. I do take it down when heavier storms are expected. I would buy this again in a minute.

The COLOURTREE 7 FT. X 12 FT. 220 GSM WATERPROOF Blue sail shade arrived and I was pleasantly surprised by its thickness and the way the seams are sewn. It is constructed of a solid, very thick almost canvas like material and the seams are overlapped and double stitched. The D ring connections are quadruple stitched and very secure. This thing should last quite a few seasons outside in the Florida heat and weather.
