Waited for this sauna for almost 2 years and absolutely love it! Easy to use, plenty of room inside and looks great. Installation instructions were poor and the TV ans stereo are pretty average, but that is not the reason why you are getting a sauna to begin with, so expectations can be adjusted accordingly )

The sauna is exactly what I wanted and looks great. It came in 5 boxes and was in great shape. Very well engineered. The sauna was challenging to assemble, only because the owners manual was so small, with fuzzy print, it was hard to read and poorly written. Support line was prompt and excellent. My only negative is the manual, which kept me from giving it a 5th star. It needs to be enlarged and more consumer friendly. I would still buy this over again. It looks great and works well.

First, I love my sauna. If you place in an area upstairs or down stairs it will difficult, unless there is no landing and a turn. A straight staircase you can do. Second, I asked if this will work on a normal house outlet. WELL, it didn’t. Works only if you have 20 amp outlets. I had to have it added to the house and it cost me two days of labor and $3,000 to install. I was not happy at all. So if you do your homework and you do not have the problems I did you will love it. I do feel I should get some kind of help with the cost since I asked first about the power outlets. BUT I really do love my sauna. Good luck.

Sent the wrong wiring for the radio
