I purchased 2 of these sheds! One for my teen daughter as a music roomart studio she shed. And one for me, an English cottage themed teareading room.I did have a handyman build them.We did have to put in floor and flooring, roof and shingles.We upgraded ours with sheet rock, electricity, and AC. Great size. Everybody who has seen them is so envious and cant believe I got them on Wayfair! Love them!!!!

After I got the delivery team to get the shed to my house, the shed went up in 2 1/2 days with my self and one other person. Wayfair made a delivery SNAFU right. And it’s a solid little shed. It doesn’t come with a floor but I built one for about $400.00, the kit for it is 900. Great for storage, or even a little home if you’re crafty.

Modified from the original plan with an extra window on the end, also added Smartside shake siding over the barn siding to match the house.Really solid, some things to note that for instance the floor doesnt come with 14ft long 4x4s so there are joints, which also means you need support specifically at the joints, handn’t planned on that with the footings, also the roof pieces are a bit weird too since it isn’t symmetrical pieces to save wood.Overall a fun build, would recommend.

This is such a beautiful Shed. However, the delivery process was such a nightmare. It took me a month to finally got it delivered. Apart from that the Shed is perfectly made.

Order arrived on time and in a big box, around 8’x6’x6-7′ tall.Packaged very well and set on our driveway on slight incline.
Prep work prior to completing; any grading to make sure ground is level and then install your flooring.You can purchase the kit or buy your own lumber depending on your application.You can also pour a concrete slab for this but you will have to provide concrete anchors OR tapcons for bottom plate.
Items Included:
Wall panels, studs, smartside siding, windows and doors are premounted, shutters, trim boards, fascia, roof sheeting (OSB), trusses, gable ends, side vents, door hardware/locking hardware, screws, box of 2″ galv nails.
Items not included:
Cupola, Flower boxes, Main Floor 10’x14′ (joists or subfloor or concrete slab), ramp/concrete approach pad, roofing materials (ie. shingles or steel), tar paper, roofing nails, drip edge, and paint
Recommended Tools:
Framing nailer with own nails, compressor, level, square, chalk line, drill, sawzaw, hammer, tape measure, circular saw, knife, square driver bit(s), tarps to cover roof if not completed in one day.
Instructions were helpful until it came to the roof sheeting numbers.I think they provided us the wrong pieces as some of the pieces didn’t fit.
Overall time to complete was around 3-4 solid days for 2 people from start to finish.Includes – floor, walls, mounting trusses and sheeting, and then roofing it.Another 2 days for 2 coats of paint when complete.
Some, not a lot of knowledge in construction assembly is required.Followed instructions and the informational video for a good guide on building process.
Overall I was skeptical of buying a ‘shed kit’ on wayfair but am actually impressed with the design and overall construction.Very well made for the money.Kit is also made in Ohio, shipped to Illinois then back to Ohio.Must be a wayfair facility in Illinois to ‘check it in’ then ship back out instead of drop shipping.
Now its time for paint, planting and mulching!
Cons:The roof sheeting as mentioned previously was a little messed up but we made do with a couple of cuts.

We found this absolutely beautiful, sturdy, well made and instructions were great, received on time and nothing was broken. We hired a man to put the roof on and the cost and time was no problem at all, went fast. However, the keys did not come with the product. We still have to contact them for those. Other than this we are truly happy with this purchase. We like dealing with Wayfair, they have great prices, good, quality items, fast delivery and it’s so easy to purchase from them. I don’t mind shopping on line with this company.

OMG, when I ordered this, I thought it was cute, but now that it is up, you can see the quality and workmanship that went into it!Everyone that comes into our home can see it and comments positively on it!I just say, “That is Wayfair!!!!!”We painted it and it truly looks like a little cottage out in back!Absolutely Beautiful!Thank you, Wayfair for all of your care and professionalism in working with me to make this little dreamhouse!By the way, my husband put in all of our patio furniture and lawn mower, and and and!It holds sooo much!
