The 1st year we put it on our upper deck creating an outdoor room which was nice. Took 2 adults to assemblevery sturdy. We did not protect the fabrick over the winterwildlife creatures had a cozy bed to hybernate in thus the need to order the replacement. We could have tried to clean it but chose to get a new one which well be setting up off the patio next spring so we get more use out of our yard space. We will get two umbrellas for the deck so the view is more opened since we have a streamwoods in the back. Its been fun exploring options as we create our outdoor areas into extentions of our home. Selecting comfortable furnituretable for the deck this springam excited. Its like setting up a new home! Its so peacefulhealthy being outsideyou make it easy to achieve.
