Amazing addition to our backyard oasis!! After getting the chemicals within range it works like it should, super relaxing and stays much warmer than expected. Only down side would be, if youre short like I am (only 5 ft.) Youll definitely want to purchase the weighted seats! Which are surprisingly comfortable and adjustable too!! We love our spa SO much, plus making our neighbors a little jealous is a bonus!!

Love it! Had 2 hot tubs in the past at the tune of $5 and $8 thousand dollars.Not a whole lot of difference other than they were bigger and fancier.As far as the convenience and especially the price, I’m happy with the one I just bought from Intex!!! Great deal for the money

Best impulse purchase ever! This hot tub is made for 6 but 4 full size adults fit comfortably, you could fit 6 if you really liked each other. ) It was easy to set up, and operate.
The bubble jets are perfect and provide a nice level of back massage. The light is an added touch.
We placed our hot tub on top of 2” insulated foam for additional insulation and protection from the ground. Doing this also provided a nice padded seating area for the bottom. We purchased 2 seats but find that we don’t really need them. The cup holders are an essential purchase though!
Overall, we give this 1010 thumbs up!

Great buy! Will not fit 6 as stated, but 4-5 ok. Did not come with cover as described in photo, the cover received is ok fit snug without the snaps. Other than that it’s great! Took about 1hr to set up. Instructions easy. Glad we purchased!

Roomy, hot and bubbly!Not too difficult to set up-two people better than one.6 people will fit although it is especially roomy for 2 or even 4 people.The jets feel awesome!Very sturdy for an inflatable.I love it!

Above our expectations… comfortably seats 4 grown adults, easily 6 with less elbow room but water level reaches near the top..
The LED light adds a nice ambiance in the evening.The bubbles are very relaxing. I was a bit concerned about going inflatable, but it is a strong material, with durability that is firm enough to sit on the side, although I would think long-term is not a good idea.Easy to get in and out of, without a step.
It is not as hot as a normal hot tub, but definitely warm enough to relax muscles and be enjoyable.The inflatable cover is snug and then the insulated exterior cover snaps tightly to provide full top and side coverage.
I bought the inflatable head rests l, foldable cup holders and 2 seats for additional options, all of which work beautifully with this hot tub.
My husband leveled an area near our pool, laid 24″ x 24″ stones, then topped that with the mat that is included.Set-up was easy, and it was ready to fill in less than an hour or so, although it took longer for the water to heat up.We did not notice an lol inhering odor once opened and inflated.
I also bought a spa tool set, with brushes and skimmer which provide the perfect option for regular maintenance.The ball chlorine floater doesn’t hold a 1″ chlorine tablet, however, and has to be broken up to fit inside.
Time will tell, but we are very happy with the quality for the price.I will revise my review should anything change

This really enhanced the enjoyment of our backyard, We have a deck and a patio, this gave us a reason to leave the deck. The bubbles do add to a massage effect, the temperature is nice this time of year. I could find no discernible difference between this and the model that costs $300+ more other than a slightly different blue. I do recommend watching a couple videos for both set up and maintenance. Ours is on concrete so its level and it should be placed on level ground. Now we just have to add some visual interest to the patio and it’s done, we’re using this regularly and are very happy.

Set up is easy, The manual was missing but I was able to download it from the Internet off of the intact website there are Also multiple YouTube videos you can watch showing the installation.
Update** had to return, unit started electrocuting us. Had electrician come out he couldn’t find any problems with our outdoor lines, said it had to be the unit. I’m so disappointed I was so excited about this purchase.
