The Hanging Hopper Bird Feeder took about two weeks to arrive but I was notified in advance of the delay.It was packaged well with an outer layer of waterproof wrap.This is a very pretty bird feeder and worth the price.Although there were no instructions included, you can easily open the feeder by gently unscrewing the metal loop on the top.Please know that half of the bird feeder is wire and the other half is plastic (not glass).This allows for different types of bird seed.The true test is yet to come — is it squirrel proof.
