Install was pretty easy, even though provided hardware is not usable for siding installation.

A little complicated to put together but with patience, the end product is quite nice. Using lag bolts diagonally versus the provided “imported fasteners” is viable.

I seldom write reviews but need to share. I purchased this awning just over a year ago. I Live in NW Saskatchewan and had concerns about -35c and heavy snow. It has held up to several 18″-24″ of wet snow. yes I clean off as much as possible but I am amazed at how well it held up. I ordered a second one for my back door.
Have patience assembling. It was frustrating but once together 2 lags in each support and its solid.
The only down side was having to order through Wayfair which I find is the most frustrating online store to deal with.

Great product. Installed easy onto a wood beam outside of our screen porch. Did a great job this summer keeping rain out from driving storms. They are translucent so we didn’t lose any light and they are barely visible either from inside the screen porch or from the deck above where they are installed. I would buy again. They are also quite sturdy.
