Love our hot tub. We have had it since November. It’s plugged into a 110 and we live in central Florida. Temps this year have been in the low 30’s and so far the temp has held well enough. The delivery went smoothly. They initially scheduled delivery without consulting me which there was a conflict. I immediately called Wayfair and they resolved the issue quickly. So far so good!

We love our play hot tub , we live in Western NC and it’s all you need! It drops about1 or 2 degrees about every 45 min but usually its time to get out.setting in hot tub more then 1hr is way to long. This was a great purchase and have no regrets buying it.

AAMAZING!! Easiest set up ever. I was in complete shock. I was expecting to have issues for sure. So far so good. It was legit.. fill with water, plug in, read manual, add a tablespoon of chlorine granules. I left it alone for like 24hrs and checked it and it was hot! We will see how it fairs when it gets used.

I have had my spa for about 3 weeks now, and I couldn’t be more pleased. It shipped and delivered when I was originally told (10-12 weeks), the deliverer moved it to the location I wanted. It was exactly what I was expecting. The set up went perfectly according to the directions. It is my first spa, and it was a great choice. My wife and I are the chief users, but there is room for 4 people if you don’t mind getting close. I did the conversion to 240 volts, so it heats quickly and stays hotwhen you are enjoying it even on those below freezing days.

Got delivered way faster then expected only like 10 weeks. Super easy delivery and set up. Took 1.5 hours to fill and about 6 hours to heat to desired temp.Just know it is difficult to move the unit from the drivewayfront door delivery to final location. I had to pay a moving company to do this and remove the old hot tub. Other then that the whole process went smoothly. Very happy with our purchase!
