What a beautiful addition to my backyard! it was so easy to put together, its hot in Texas so I assembled by sections inside my house and then put everything together outside. It took me probably 30 min and I needed help transporting it once done. After a first rain it rusted a little bit but nothing bad. I planted a Passion Flower Vine because is fast growing and the flowers smell amazing. I absolutely recommend this product.

This Arbor is exactly as shown, its very sturdy, easy to put together, the colour a bronzie shade,we spray painted it Black.
We ordered another one, as were working on front yard (painting it White) I intend to use the gates as a side entrance on one side of house the Archarbor at entrance to front. Love it, recommend this, beautifully styled. Very fast shipment, easy to put together. Get it while you can!!!

Cute arbor was exactly as expected after reading reviews on many different websites.I was looking for a gate to close off a fence we just installed in order to keep our dogs contained.I wanted something pretty that fit our budget.My husband almost completed the build himself, he just needed help lining up the second side which seemed to be slightly off due to manufacture error.We managed to get it together and made sure it was set in the ground with the gates lined up even.The latch doesn’t line up enough to make it easy to close it one handed but it did come together and kept the gates secure.The dogs haven’t been able to get out but our cat managed to get it unlatched as she forced her way inside the gate.I had already planned to add a more secure latch so I weaved a large rubber band around it until I can install the new one.
Based off reading reviews and QAs I want to clear up some questions and comments.
1. This arbor and gate is intended for decorative purposes and any other use will require modifications.I knew when buying it that the latch will probably fail and the dogs may easily slip through somehow so I spent a lot of time researching solutions to make it work.
2. The gate is fairly priced but that doesn’t mean it’s top of the line.The components are light weight and all the framing is 12 inch hollow square tubing.Bottom of the frame does have spikes to secure it to the ground but for heavy use and strong weather conditions I suggest extra supports.In our case we anchored the sides to our wood picket fence.
3. The gates weren’t intended to contain dogs so depending on the dog, modifications may be necessary.In addition to a more secure latch, I am also trying to find a way to make the gates self closing which is challenging with how narrow the bars are.
4. Rust will likely be an issue.This arbor is power coated steel so there may be some spots more prone to rust especially welded spots.As with most items for the home, maintenance will be necessary.Just keep an eye out for rust spots and treat as needed.I have a can of matching spray paint on hand and fully expect to have to use it.
Overall I’m very happy with the arbor and gates and hope with maintenance it will hold up for many years to come.
