Fantastic, performs exactly as stated, the Wayfair delivery guys were beyond great.The instructions are a little confusing due to the manufacturer trying to include as many models as possible in the support docs but the manufacturer phone support rapid and very helpful.

We prepped the area of placement. Waited eagerly for this plug-n-play hot tub and it was well worth the wait! While our entire family agree that the ‘8’ personsclaim could be fiercely debated, (more like 4 full size adults and one kid moving about), the overall tub frame and mechanics have exceeded expectations. I got in it yesterday for the first time and it was very relaxing. Comfortable to use, easy to maintain, the cover and the cover locks bring a safety that was unexpected but an added bonus. Ensure that you have a level location and electric power close by. Follow the initial instructions provided, step by step and it’s ready. See notes below:
The door panel to the motor and electric cord need to be accessibleAND ensure that you follow the Set Up instructions where it tells how to operate for 30 SECONDS (to ensure that the motor works) PRIOR to adding water. Final note: the tub is shipped with winterizing fluid in the lines, instructions are given to flush this liquid out prior to filling.
