Guardian Handrail

Easy assembly. Easy to pivot the handle for entry and exit of the spa. Only drawback is that it needs to slide under the tub to keep it steady. If your tub is like mine- full of water and flush with the patio, you will need to wait until its annual drain time to set the handrail in place and begin using it.

We already had a post on the left side of our steps for getting into our hot tub. However, we’re both getting a little older and my ankles are giving me problems, so I felt I needed the security of this additional handrail as it can be rotated a quarter turn all the way around. I can have it positioned over the inside hot tub steps, or turn it around to be for the outside steps. The hand rail is also coated with a slip resistant finish so you don’t have to worry about your wet hands losing their grip. We can even turn it parallel to the hot tub to close the cover. It is very sturdy once it’s fastened, and the fact it was on sale was the clincher. This is a great product, very happy with it.

Heavier that I had anticipated. Assembly was completed without any concerns or problems. So far all is well. Looking forward to seeing how it stands up to a New England winter. Added security
for stabilizing the “in’s” and “out’s ” for an old man.

Very very helpful.I couldn’t install it as directed, but was able to drill into the beams of the deck…It works.
