Very pleased. Takes a bit to assemble. I put the valence on after it was up. Kept getting in the way. Note the 2 “wishbone “ arms are spring loaded. They’re shipped in the compressed position. When you cut the ties holding them in they spring open violently.Could easily knock out your teeth. I did it myself.

One year later, this awing is fabulous and really does the job.we reduced our AC bill in the kitchen area and breakfast is now bearable.Great price and find.

Put it up with a friend and at first I was concerned I would not have enough header space – no worries.We get morning sun that used to heat the heck out of our kitchen area where we have our AM coffee. In less than 10seconds this solves all issues and allows the area to cool off nicely with the A/C without it having to struggle.Awning adjustment was easy and the seems reliable and stable for the last year.It was about 2/3 cheaper than other awnings such as sunsetter brand.

Not a one person job when hanging this thing. Instructions are not very well spelled out, but at least it has pictures to go by, which helped a great deal. The assembly was time consuming, and after rolling the top on backwards, I felt like chunking it down the hill. But just be patient, and it pays off. It looks great, and works really well.

We are TRADING POST FLEA and FARMERS’ Market located in Okeechobee…south-central Florida. We purchased 6 of the OUTSUNNY 10’W x 8’L retractable patio awnings for the front of our Administration Office Building. The same area serves as six 10′ W x 20′ L vendor rental spaces. With the heat from the exceedingly hot Florida summer and the area catching the early morning to afternoon sun, that portion of our business has been underperforming.We received the awnings Friday and had enough time to put all six awnings together and install one before the Market opened early Saturday morning.With just one installed awning it was amazing how much heat from the sun was diminished, and we received LOTS of compliments on the professional appearance from many of our vendors and customers. Today we are installing the rest of the awnings. (LOL, SEVERAL customers tried to buy the remaining 5 uninstalled awnings!) Thank you, WAYFAIR, it’s true…you have just what we need!
