Wow!! Our little puppy is a magician when it comes to getting out of her pens. She can climb and she is only going on 6 months old. We have gone through a couple different things. We have put her in it for a trial for an hour. She could not get out. It is big enough for a bed and she still has plenty of playing room. The mesh is more of a plastic so it doesn’t fray when she is clawing it over and over. In my opinion all of these play pens should have covers on them this one has a cover that zips on and off wonderful idea. Now I can clean the house without tripping on my puppy because she follows me so close. Also I don’t have to put her in her pen where there isn’t much room. The only problem that I have with this one and other things I have ordered is the damage to the packages. Some of the products are damaged so I fix them instead of sending back. I hope this isn’t happening because of free shipping.

Exactly what I was looking for! My boxer just had puppies and I was looking for something that was a little roomier then her kennel. This is perfect for what we needed. The mesh top zips off making it easy to access and check on puppies and mama. And it has a spot for her water bottle so she always has clean water and I don’t have to worry about the puppies getting into the water bowl. It’s sturdy, easy to clean and a snap to take down and set up.

This is the best purchase I’ve made this year. I have a dog treat business and do a lot of events and farmers markets. I bough this so the pugs could go with me when the weather is cool enough. It has been dubbed the “pug nest” and so many people have asked where I got it. My orange tabby also likes using it with the top on to give him some outside time.

I bought this for an 8 week old lab/saint bernard puppy. The purpose of the playpen is to keep my puppy safe while introducing him to my resident cat. The rest of the time, the playpen will be setup as a den area for the puppy to rest and keep toys. I’ll keep the doors open. Speaking about doors, there are 2 openings with zippered flaps. I ordered Large and it provides sufficient space. The setup took a couple of seconds. Take out, unfold, done. The only thing I don’t like is there is an elastic strap used to wrap around the playpen to keep it folded. The strap is attached to the playpen on the outside. Since my puppy will have the run of the room, he will be able to get to the strap. I will have to cut it off to make sure my puppy doesn’t get stuck in it when I’m not there to supervise. A detached strap would be better but this issue is not significant to take away a star.

I purchased the soft sided dog pen in the large size for our new puppy who is quite active.I had thought about the plastic play pen for in our kitchen, but was worried that eventually she would jump over the side.She bites on the material and likes to claw, but it has been strong enough for her.It keeps her safe when she is inside it and I am busy.It is made of excellent quality material for my pet.Our cat likes to retreat to it at times to keep away from the puppy. My puppy can actually jump pretty high so I was glad that I purchased the larger size.My only draw back is that the puppy has figured out how to undo the velcro that fastens the floor pad to the bottom of the pen; and then she gets under the pad.It has pockets for medical records and a place to hang a water bottle.It collapses very easily and has a carrying bag to take it with you when you go away.I have been pleased with its functionality.
