Just got them.Husband easily put together.Plastic which will last, but do not look cheap at all.You sit very straight up, so I dont think adding cushions would work.

The chairs are quite simple to put together with two people. The back is a bit straight, but still quite comfortable. (It may improve posture.) The material is as expected and has a nice texture to It.We purchased 6 for our new home and we are very pleased with them.
