Very Happy— Now that I’ve got it assembled.I’m a 5’2’, 66 year old grandma, and I put the whole set together myself.Just had to ask someone to hold a piece when I was putting the sofa together.
Once the set was in place, and we got to sit on it, I was really pleased to find it’s even more comfortable than I was expecting.The cushions are nice and thick.I think we will enjoy this set

It’s a beautiful set. Quite heavy and solid for wicker – which is what I was hoping for. Added a fire pit table and it completes the outdoor living space. I paid to have it assembled and I’m glad I did. Many many bolts. About a 3-hour job – but it’s not complicated. Would totally recommend.

The package containing the sofa and ottoman’s arrived in damaged condition, causing some issues with the sofa. After a phone call to customer service it was replaced without any issues. This was the best customer service I have ever received, Peter was professional and very polite. The replacement arrived in excellent condition. We are VERY please with the quality of the product. Instructions were fairly easy to follow, had a few issues when we put the two chairs together. Would recommend having your own tools. Will definitely recommend Wayfair to family and friends!

Love the swivel rocker outdoor wicker chairs. Our friends and family play “Rock, Paper, Sizzors” to see who gets their favorite chair while visiting. They look great and are also protected when not in use by covers also provided by Wayfair suppliers.
