We love our new hot tub! We had one previously but it was very old and we needed an upgrade. This thing heats SO fast compared to the old one. We average about 15 degrees an hour! The lights and waterfall are super cool too. Very happy with our purchase )

This is an excellent hot tub!It has a tight-fitting cover and heats up so much faster than the “plug-and-play” 110v models.Yes, there are some additional costs for the electrical run, approx $300-$500 if you install yourself, or a bit more if you need to hire it done. But all in all, if you’re going to spend $4000+ on a cheapy, you should just go with the best.The Sol 72 (actually, it is a Balboa brand) has a ton of great features from the programmable Hi/Low temp range to the waterfall, headrests, enhanced water clarity provided by the ionizer, and locking cover.As others have pointed out, the manual is not the greatest as it has been a “word-in-place” translation from Chinese, but keep in mind that language is a complex thing and the basic information is there if you just read between the lines and gain what the author intended.I would definitely recommend this model to anyone looking for a spa!

Came very quickly. Just as nice as the 10-12k tubs at your local deal. Good size, very user friendly. I wish there was more of a guide on up keep but overall great purchase.

We ordered a spa from a local dealer and when the delivery date kept getting pushed back for months at a time, we started to look for other options and I’m so glad we did. This hot tub is just as nice as the one we originally ordered, and delivery was fast. As stated in previous reviews, delivery is not to final location. It was delivered to our driveway and we had to coordinate to move it the rest of the way. Jets are powerful and adjustable, and the cover is light, but insulates very well. Does not come with steps or cover lift. Overall very pleased.

Arrived earlier than expected. I hired an electrician and it was fairly straightforward. The gray color stands out and looks nice in our backyard

This tub is very well made with durable materials and nice finishes.Similar to those I’ve seen costing around $9-10K.Easy to operate, jets are strong, pumps are quiet, and it heats up reasonably quickly.Nozzles on jets are sturdy plastic (won’t corrode) and nearly all of them can be turned on or off.
Lights and fountain give a nice effect.
Description has one error — it does in fact have an ozonator, which helps with sanitizing the water.
(FYI, delivery is to driveway, not final installation spot)

I have had several Hot tubs in the past.
I am completely satisfied with this tub.It has exceed all my expectations.
The order process was smooth and efficient. Delivery was quick, about a week.
The delivery crew was prompt, called ahead, and was very courteous. they treated the tub as if it were very fragile and were respectful to my property. An excellent crew.

Great hot tub, arrived early and the delivery was easy. Jets are powerful and it holds its temperature well. Only issue is the description said it was coming with steps and it did not. Wayfair was able to issue a partial refund which was acceptable and good customer service.

It’s so nice. It’s a beautiful well built hot tub. The jets are powerful and offer lots of adjustments. Filled and heated all in one afternoon. We love the LED lights and will be spending plenty of time in the hot tub enjoying it.
