We are using this on our deck as a breeze break. Even when light winds come that would send us indoors,the screen offers protection.We have stayed outdoors several times now and are really delight with this screen. It is easy to install but to open we connect the post into the hold first and then pull the screen over to attach it. Keeps the screen more even. Of course it’d the wind is heavy we will not use it.

Just what I needed for privacy from a not so nice neighbor. Delivery was fast. It was easy to install. It will be easy to take inside in the event of a hurricane (we live in Florida).
Two brackets attach to the wall that holds the retracted unit that slides right in to those brackets. Each bracket has a small bolt that tightens to secure it. The floor mount was put into concrete to attach the screen with the pole & handle when it is extended. It retracts with or without the pole which the handle slides right into.
No permit required. I live in an private home within an HOA and nothing prevented me from installing this. My not so nice neighbor liked it so much she immediately called the HOA president who did a spy ride within 10 minutes. Crickets.
We are happy with this added privacy, you will be, too.

Good quality. I have been looking for something like this for a couple of years. I have a wooden deck and mounted the screen 1′ 6″ higher which gave us more shade from the low sun in the afternoon which is when we need it.
