This is just what we were looking for! A lot of the pergolas were larger than we wanted. Our patio is about 17 feet long so we still have room for our table and umbrella on the other side. You definitely need a least 3 adults to put this thing together and two step stools.It is pretty light but durable as we dropped it several times on concrete and it didn’t dent or scratch.Once together it is a pretty sturdy structure.If you are putting it on an exactly 10 ft patio It will hang over a bit as I did not account for the drill plate but the actual width from outer pole to outer pole is 10 ft.The canvas blocks out the Hot 100 degree Texas heat very well and makes a huge difference while sitting outside.The canvas comes off but you have to do some disassembling of the bars, unfortunately it’s not just a snap or Velcro. However, it’s still very easy to do with screwdriver.Overall, great product and we use it almost everyday since we got it!Totally worth it!
