The rotisserie system features a 12,500 BTU flush-mounted infrared burner, a heavy-duty stainless steel spit & tine assembly and electric motor for hands-free operation. Our smoking system uses a drawer that pulls out from the control panel and is equipped with a 4,500 BTU smoker burner. The 30-in. insulated jacket is designed to be used in applications that require a built-in grill head to be installed in an island made from combustible materials such as teak or polymer.
