Description
The solitary bee nester for mason and leaf cutter bees is made in naturally durable cedar timber with additional stacking trays which can be opened for inspection and cleaning. Always a friend to the gardener, attracting solitary bees to the backyard is not only safe but good for pollinating flowers, fruit, and vegetables. These bees are non-aggressive and cannot excavate their own holes, so they do not pose a danger to wooden housing.

Opening the box the bee hive smelled so good!! It’s well made, and it looks so cute on my fence. I’ve got lots of wild flowers in my garden and vegetable plants. So I try to attract the bees and hope to have some come lay their eggs in here!! Love it!!!

I’m so excited about this bee hive.It’s well made, looks like it will be easy to install and allows you to open the top to view what’s going on.It also totally comes apart if cleaning is necessary.I haven’t installed it yet, but know if will be a pretty, educational, and beneficial addition to my garden.

This is a cute little bee hive that looks decorative in the garden. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks and so far no bees but I’m sure I will in the future – if not it looks adorable. It’s cedar and is well crafted.

I have been wanting to help out the bees in our yard, and this hive looked interesting. I really like that I will be able to open it to check who’s living in it, and will be able to clean it out when necessary. I had a very strong odor, not quite cedar but not too awful. My cat loved rubbing all over it, so she liked it. last year none of my hostas ended up with seeds, so I am eager to see if this bee house helps keep them around enough to pollinate my flowers. It came in a super cute & informative box so it would make a great gift for a nature-minded kid… or anyone who likes being nosey and peeking into little cedar houses!

The mason bee hive house is so cute and unique. Well made and the design was thought out for both bees and people. The top of the house opens to expose the tubes so you can look inside and see the bee cavities. A plastic cover inside the top protects the bees and people. The instructions are informative and explain how to clean the tubes if desired.
