The hose reel is very heavy duty with a very good paint job and looking forward to using it when the snow melts. Wheels are also heavy duty and the bolt on basket will be great for holding nozzles, tools, etc..
One small issue, the handle is bolted to the reel and only one bolt/nut are provided and there are TWO holes. I bolted the handle to the reel, tightened it but there is some movement that shouldn’t be there, I used one of my own bolts and installed that and that seemed to take care of the problem. I would like another bolt/nut of the same size for the handle.

Well built and easy to assemble !Worth every penny!Rolls so easycan’t say enough about this product! Had to put in 5 nuts and bolts, wheel had cotter pins and washers! That simple!!!!!

This hose reel cart is just what I needed to manage my garden hose. My only suggestion is to have a way to stop it when hose is completely on as it likes to keep going!
