It looks and feels as I expected: sturdy and metal. Item was free of damage and wear and tear, so that’s another plus. We are using them now to put it around our iron wrought fence, and the holes are nice and small. We actually bought two sets of orders of these: the first was to just make sure it was what we were looking for before purchasing another order. We used black zipties to attach this to our iron fence. It works well.
